An exploration of acceptance and surrender as taught in Mindfulness Meditation.
We will examine what is means to soften and release into experience in a way that feels safe and nurturing, possible blocks to releasing, and how to cultivate a greater sense of allowing.
Our time together will include teaching, discussion, and gently guided meditations and body-based practices including breathwork, centering/
grounding, nervous system regulation, and body scan.
