Perfect for those struggling with body pain, chronic illness, anxiety, panic, depression, insomnia, or anyone wanting to bring greater balance and ease to their nervous system.  This class combines Mindfulness Meditation with practices from brain retraining, vagal toning, somatics, breathwork, positive psychology and more.  No teaching or discussion time; just guided practices and guided meditation.  Let's calm and regulate together!
